Hi - Thanks for all the great information and analysis; this blog is invaluable. I'm wondering if you might have any book recommendations for me - I'd like to learn more about activism and social movements in Korea in the 1980s. I'm in Korea researching the 1980 Gwangju uprisings for my novel, and would like a better sense of the years that followed. I'm particularly interested in student activism in the late 80s, after June 1987. Thanks in advance for any help or advice you might have.
